Hazelnuts, toasted and peeled, 200 g

Honey and vanilla, as needed

PREPARATION

Whip sugar and eggs, to obtain a thick -quite bright- cream
|

Grind hazelnuts and add to the mixture along with honey and vanilla
|

Bake in preheated oven (200°) for about 30’
|
