Flourless hazelnut cake
 
 
INGREDIENTS (serves 4-6 portions)
 
  • Eggs, 4
  • Sugar, 250 g
  • Hazelnuts, toasted and peeled, 200 g
  • Honey and vanilla, as needed
  •  
     
    PREPARATION
     
  • Whip sugar and eggs, to obtain a thick -quite bright- cream
  • Grind hazelnuts and add to the mixture along with honey and vanilla
  • Bake in preheated oven (200°) for about 30’
